Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 442 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Telangana state quota and it was for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA.
You can check the same at

But yes,
Cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , to be on the safer side, so you should get least around 50 marks in comparison of 2019 so you should target at least 490 -500 marks.
