So, to answer your question, i will give you the link below where you can get all the colleges' cutoffs for UP state in NEET 2020 , and you can check out if you get in. But as far as the cutoffs for mopup round, it's not really possible to predict the exact figures for that because the mopup rounds totally depends on the number of vacant seats at the end of all the rounds of counseling. And the results of mopup round is supposed to be out on 17th november, 2020, so it's not really possible to predict that.

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, under State Quota, a score of 575 marks secured a seat in AMC, Bahraich under General Category. That was the cut off after all rounds of Counselling. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. This year the highest NEET score for General Category in UP was 700 which means the cut offs will increase atleast by 70- marks.
