With 180 marks you can easily qualify NEET examination and the criteria for admission in any private or government college is that you qualify the NEET exam. You can apply for 15% AIQ or state counseling once the counseling window opens. Then you have to select your state preferences under management qouta, irrespective of your state of domicile.

The fees in private colleges may vary from 5lakhs per annum to 20 lakhs per annum.
Sorry to say but with 180 you won't be able to get MBBS in any government college in India.
You can search for BDS instead of MBBS, may be you can get something there under your state qouta, the state for which you hold a domicile. But with AIQ you won't be able to get either.

Sorry bt ....Maine suna tha ki management quota se admission lena and private medical college me both are different......Means management quota me bhut jyada fee lagti h ...In compare to private college seat .....So i hv doubt....Acc to u 5-20 lakhs per annum hi lgti h management quota m...Plz clear my doubt

Kuch private colleges me government qouta se bhi admission hota h and uski fees management qouta walo se kam hoti h...but inki cutoff bhi thodi high hoti h....you can try for that but it'll be difficult for you to get a government seat in a private college.
