You need to have a score of more than 560 marks to get IGIMS.

There can be slight change in the cut off every year due to the number of students appearing and score they have got in the entrance.

You can apply for other colleges also like:

PMCH,Patna

Nalanda medical college

Jawaharlal nehru medical college,Bhagalpur

These are also reputed and good colleges of Bihar.

If you have a score more than 550 marks then definitely you'll get one of them.
