Dear Aspirant,

National Test Agency that is NTA conducted National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 on May 05, 2019 and on May 20, 2019 NEET 2019 was reconducted for Karnataka, Odisha and Siliguri candidates. NTA released the answer key of NEET 2019 on May 29, after which many analysis and predictions has been made by experts for this year cut-offs for NEET 2019. Cut-off is the minimum marks required by a candidate to qualify in that particular exam. Through these analysis candidates can now set their expectations for their qualification in NEET 2019. Candidates can also check previous year’s cut-off to get an idea about this years’ cut-offs. In order to qualify, a candidate need to secure a minimum percentile according to the category which he/she belongs to.

A candidate can calculate his/her percentile by taking the product of your marks x 100 and divide this product by the highest mark obtained by the top ranker. This is how you calculate your percentile based on the marks. This is subject to variation since none of us know how much will be the highest marks. https://www.careers360.com/question-how-is-50th-percentile-calculated-in-neet-exam

In analysis experts said that this year’s NEET 2019 exam was easy to moderate. The difficulty level was found to be easy in comparison to the previous year’s paper. The final result of NEET 2019 will be declared on June 05, and the score will be set out of total 720 marks. In order to qualify a candidate is required to achieve following percentile,

1. For General category (UR): Minimum percentile required is 50th Percentile (expected cut-off marks 689-117)

2. For PwD category (UR): Minimum percentile required in 45th Percentile (expected cut-off marks 116-105)

3. For SC/ST category (including PwD of SC/ST/OBC): Minimum percentile required is 40th Percentile (expected cut-off marks for both SC, OBC&ST 115-94, for SC, OBC&ST PwD 104-94)
