i would like to suggest you that it completely depends upon your field of interest. Choose the specialisation which you think you are good at and you want to further make your future in. So simply choose as per your interest and your knowledge.

If you have interest in HR , it is the best field as you will face some difficulty in finance field as you are not from commerce background . But if you have interest in finance , it  is a very good field .

Moreover , marketing and IB are the famous fields now a days.
