Indian Army BSc nursing entrance examination is an examination conducted to provide admission in 6 institutes in BSC nursing for a total of 220 seats is offered . Those 6 institutes are listed below :-

------------) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army BSc nursing is given below :-

* educational qualification :- you  must  have passed 12th in the first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology, and english and must have got at least 50%  in 12th board exam as a regular student. Class 12th appearing students are also provisionally eligible.

*your date of birth must be between 1st October , 1996, to 30th September , 2004 inclusive of both days as per your class 10th certificate to be eligible for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021

* You should be a female and  unmarried. Also, divorcee, legally separated and widows are eligible.

* nationality :- you must be Indian citizen.

*phydical standard :- you will  be checked for the physical fitness as per standards set by commission in the Armed Forces, and for the same you will have to go through X-ray exam of chest and USG of abdomen & pelvis .

- ) height :- you should have height of at least 152 cm  while for Gorkhas and those belonging to North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon needs a height of at least 148 cm.

------------) EXAMINATION PATTERN

*Mode of exam :- it is conducted in online mode i. e  it is Computer Based test

*Type of questions asked :- mcqs / Objective questions are asked

*Language :- the medium of examination is English

*number of sections :- There will be 3 sections :-

• General English,

• General Intelligence,

• Science ( physics chemistry and Biology)

*Total questions :- there will be a total of 150 questions in your Examination

* duration of the examination :- the examination is of 1 hour 30 minutes i. e 90 minutes

*marking scheme :-

• You get +1 mark for each correct answer

• There is no negative marking for wrong answers and questions not attempted

Directorate General of Medical Services is the competent authority regarding conducting Indian Army BSc Nursing, the entrance test further is followed by interview and medical test

The eligibility criteria to pursue Indian Army BSc Nursing is as follows-

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing 50% aggregate,
• Appearing candidates also need to meet the medical fitness criteria as in terms of X-Ray examination of Chest and USG (of abdomen & pelvis). The minimum height should not be less than 148 cm, however relaxation by 5cm for candidates belonging to Western Himalayan region, Eastern Himalayan region and Scheduled Tribes

Admission of Indian Army BSc Nursing is done to 220 seats offered in six institutions of Pune/Kolkata/New Delhi/Bangalore/Asvini in the following colleges-

• Command Hospital (Eastern Command) Kolkata
• INHS Asvini
• Army Hospital (Research & Referral) New Delhi

The entrance test is conducted for 90 minutes in online mode with 150 MCQs from three sections
