NIOS (National School Of Open Learning) is recognised board of education in India which is run by HRD ministry, Government of India.

The key purpose of NIOS is to provide primary, secondary, senior secondary, education to a diverse group of learners which include differently or specially enabled students. It also offers teacher training courses for early childhood and elementary education.

You can access NIOS education through an open and distant learning system from anywhere in India and even from a few other countries.

I hope this information helps you.
