if one is really passionate about what he/she do in  job ,then for sure there will be no stress,you will enjoy the process of your success . Coming to your question In many software industries there will be stress on the employees to make sure the work to be completed in the required time. there are many stories that many people have leaved there software jobs due to the overstress in company. If you have seen Big MNC's such as google, hcl..etc they provide very good entertainment and playfull joy in their companies. Yes there will be some stress in every jon , must make sure that you can do it with your heart to desired your destiny over there. Companies also tests the candidates whether they can work under stress or not.
