6H2O + 6CO2 = C6H12O6 + 6O2.
This means, in the presence of sunlight, the carbon dioxide and water react to give glucose and oxygen.
You can balance this equation by counting the number of atoms of each species Both the sides.

The process photosynthesis is explained below with the help of equation as follows: -
6CO2 + 6H20 + (energy) ----> C6H12O6 + 6O2
Photosynthesis is the process in which plants with the help of inorganic substances prepare their own food with the help of chlorophyll and sunlight.
In process of photosynthesis carbon dioxide is taken up by the plants and oxygen is released as byproduct of photosynthesis
Plants uses the energy from the sun light absorbed by them during the process of photosynthesis to prepare their food or glucose
