The
electromagnetic wave equation
is a second-order
partial differential equation
that describes the propagation of
electromagnetic waves
through a
medium
or in a
vacuum
. And the velocity of emw is as follows :-
v = sqrt(1/ab) where a is the permittivity , b is permaebility and v is the velocity.
