FAILED in class 12th from cbse board for 2 times but now I'm preparing for it to secure my 95+% this time..so can I start UPSC preparatio?

Sure dear Ashutosh you can be prepared for UPSC from now but you have to know about the eligibility criteria for UPSC that is - you have a graduation degree from recognised college/university in any stream.
Well prepared for your 12th and simultaneously prepared for UPSC, failure is temporary, do your hard work you can achieve your target by hard work, practise and patience. Be motivated.

Not dear it doesn't affect your profile as civil servant don.t worry about it, but make sure you learnt from your mistakes and do promise yourself you never repeat your mistake in any way.

Hi Ashutosh!!! UPSC is an exam which should be given after graduation as the minimum degree required is graduation. So, I would suggest you to concentrate on your boards now and then on admission to your desired college and 1-1.5 years prior to your graduation ,you can start off with the preparations. Okay but do my failure mis lead my profile at upsc interview time??
Not as such instead it may be a boon for you that after failures also you cleared prelims as well as finals to sit in thr interview that would surely mean that you have recovered really well which will carry a positive message. Nothing to worry. Work hard and you'll succeed. All the best again.
