This might Impact your career path initially but post 3 - 4 years it will hardly make a difference. All you need to focus on is self development. Learn the relevant skills that are highly appreciated in your domain. In short run your academic profile will matter but in the long run it doesn't. So you need not worry, just focus on getting a decent job right now. If possible do some certification courses and learn some new skills.
