ECE is stands for branch Electronics communication engineering it is 3 years duration of course through this course there are lots of opportunity in future .There are lots of aspects are present but when you go through some specific like education field then you can take admission Btech in ECE after completion of your diploma then you can go for higher studies like Mtech,Phd etc..In another aspects like Job then there are plenty of  job opportunities after completion your btech because through diploma job scenario is little bit less but chances is on .You can go through any software and hardware industry and in India more then 10K companies are available those are provides more then 45000 jobs employment every year ,so dont be panic for job.
