Dear Arzoo, NEET syllabus is based on 12th Physics, Chemsitry and Biology syllabus. So if you can invest little deeper study in the same topics, you can prepare for NEET. Now based on the State you belong to NEET score is not just for MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses but also for courses like BPT, BOT,Nursing etc. For an approximate seats of 1lakh, 13 lakh students appear. Which means 12 lakh students are left disappointed. But they do not with hold themselves from appearing for NEET. If you do not appear for NEET in May 2020, you will have to wait until 2021 which means you are losing out on an academic year. With extra dedication, who knows if you can pull off a feat and get a seat? You never know unless you try. So if you are asking for suggestion, I would say, give NEET a shot this year.

see if your neet exam preparation is not good then you can only prepare for your board exam because you can appear next year for neet. as board exam score is mandatory for any undergraduate course admission then you should only focus on that, see neet ug exam occurs only once in a year. so after getting your result for 10+2 you need to wait for till December for form filling of neet exam. that time you can prepare well for examination.
