College of forestry Sirsi was established in the year 1985. The college offers undergraduate (B.Sc. in Forestry) and postgraduate (M.Sc. in Forestry) courses in various areas. College of Forestry is a constituent college of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Karnataka (UAS, Dharwad).
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Forestry is a full-time four-year undergraduate degree course offered by the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad and approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Eligibility criteria:
A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with science stream or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to, shall be eligible for the course.
The fees for Bsc forestry is approx 25-30k per annum.
Hostel fees is approx 50-66 k per annum.
