Hellow Elizabeth.. You didn't  mentioned from where you want to pursue your graduation so I am giving you a rough idea. There is no fixed fee for B.A .Every University and college have different fee structure so you can check separately your prefered college or University,  you are getting in. On a average fee starts from 2 K to 2 L , depending on your college.

In Most of the universities and colleges call for admission form is released in the first week of March and available till month of June or July, but again different college have different schedule. You have to check that.Online registration of Delhi University starts from 3rd week of  May 2019. Last day to submit online application  form is 1st week of June 2019.

In Jamia Milia Islamia application forms were available since March only and the last date to submit  application form will be 12th April 2019. So hurry up.

Minimum eligibility for U G course is  intermediate or 10 + 2 with minimum 55% from recognized Board. Cut off marks vary from one college to another. Some universities conduct entrance test for admission wheras some universities release merit list for admission.
