Hello Apeksha,
According to their resources and information given by the T.S. Mishra Medical College. They currently only offer MBBS, MD and M.Sc. courses. So there is no option of B.Sc. courses in the TSMMC. I would suggest that you look for some other college for B.Sc. and pursue it from there.
