The rank of matrix will be 3 i will show you the steps

  1. Subtract the 1st row from the 2nd row
  2. Subtract the 1st row from the 3rd row and restore it
  3. Multiply the 2nd row by 3
  4. Subtract the 2nd row from the 3rd row and restore it
  5. Calculate the number of linearly independent rows
