Dear Student,

The solution for the given problem :-

Given,

Magnetization of material M= 3100 A/m and

Magnetic field strength.  H - 200 A/m

We need to find the relative permeability, so by M and H, first we will find the susceptibility and then by using susceptibility, we will find the relative permeability of given ferromagnetic material.

Relative permeability u = 1+X

Susceptibility X = M/H = 3100 / 200 = 15.5

So, u= 1+X = 1+15.5 = 16.5 (Ans)

Happy Learning!
