Solution : $\sqrt{\left[\left(7^2+6^3+9^2\right) \div 2+52\right]}$
$=\sqrt{\left[\left(49+216+81\right) \div 2+52\right]}$
$=\sqrt{\left[\left(346\right) \div 2+52\right]}$
$=\sqrt{[173+52]}$
$=\sqrt{225}$
$=15$
Hence, the correct answer is 15.
