Florists use refrigeration for preserving the freshness of cut flowers. By this method cut flowers retain their freshness longer. if they are refrigerated before using in floral arrangements even after the floral arrangements are completed, they can be placed in a refrigerated cooler until they are sold or delivered. The cooler are usually set in between 36-46 degree Fahrenheit. This will preserve cut flowers.
