Food Technology Course
B.Sc. Food Technology is a 3-year undergraduate course involving an advanced study of the techniques and activities involved in preserving, processing, and manufacturing of food .
Major components of study within the B.Sc. Food Technology course includes Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Chemical Engineering. Secondary subjects include Food Microbiology, Sanitation & Hygiene, Preparation & Packaging Materials, Food Analysis Adulteration & Testing, Food Toxicology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math.

Duration: 3 years
Eligibility: 10 + 2 from a recognised Educational Board. Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology/ Home Science as the main subjects at the 10+2 level. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.
