It totally depends on the school. Each school have their own cut off's.Most of them however look at the 10th board marks.

Every school has different eligibility criteria for taking admission for 11th class science students. Some schools require the candidates to be pass out in class 10th only. While some schools have eligibilty criteria to score over 90% or even 95%. It completely depends on the school you are seeking admission in.
