Other than MBBS or Medical field, there are various other options such as BDes/ ICAR AIEEA UG for BSc Agriculture.

For having a career in research or teaching, you can do BS-MS Dual Degree from IISER, or

four years BS degree program in IISC(Bangalore) through KVPY,

you can also appear for NEST for 5 years integrated MSc program in NISER(Bhubaneshwar)/ UM DAE CABS(Mumbai)

After this you can qualify for CSIR NET/SET , become assistant professor or pursue PhD. In case of teaching career in school level, you can do BSc-BEd . Coming from Bio background, you can do graduation in courses like Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry,Bioinformatics etc which are growing field nowadays.
