Ankit, for All India Counselling more importantly if you belong to OBC Category, you should have a Central OBC Certificate, This is because according to NTA's guidelines available in the Information Bulletin only Central OBC Certificates are considered. And the Community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list. Only then you can claim OBC reservation. You might have to get one done at the earliest.
