See NEET is an All India Competitive Exam so obviously isn't going to be very easy. And there is nothing called as enough as far as syllabus and portions for competitive exams is concerned. Now let's come to motivate you, you cannot tell 360/360 by doing things that you said but yes you will gain a great confidence for sure and solving 10 years mock tests will enhance your skills as well bcoz yes maximum like 300-340 marks comes straight away from ncert itself but they come in a tricky manner so solving those papers will increase your willpower as well.
