for 2nd round allotment in cee can i accept the first round allotment or reject

Hello,
Yes, if you have a seat on 2nd round of seat allotment then your first seat will be rejected manually. But, in some case if you have paid your seat booking or admission fee in your first alloted seat then for the 2nd some universities give you the chances to choose between past and present.
