Since you didn't mention your category I have considered that you belong to UR category .So at 500 marks you have very low chances of getting a seat in a government college for MBBS .Though you would surely get a seat in BDS or the private medical colleges .

With 500 marks your rank will be around 17, 000 to 23,000.and with this much rank you can only dental colleges in ap.

As per this year's first round counselling of NEET under 15% All India Seats, you are unable to make it anywhere in any of the Government Medical Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Even the minimum closing marks were 539 at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole and Government Medical College, Anantapur.
You can try for Government Dental College (516 marks), Vijayawada and Rajiv Institute of Dental Sciences, Kadapa (513 marks).
