for 84 percentile can i get any iiit or nit from sc caste and other state quota my category percentile is 92

Yes definitely you can look for nit and iiit you can get admission easily. But on the other hand i will suggest you look for a back up option which will be helping you in future .
You are having a great chances of getting admission in govt. institutes.
