Depends upon the category, being in general category won't fetch you a seat in nit/iiits with this marks.Chances are rare for OBC category too. But if you are from SC/ST,this mark will definitely secure a seat in nit/iiits.
Thanks and Regards

There is rare chance of NIT or IIT with this score of JEE. Nearly two lakh candidates will be appearing in JEE Advanced and admissions are expected to get closed at an AIR of around 14 thousand. The remaining nearly 1,85,000 candidates will vie for seats at top NITs, IIIT and GFTI. The total seat intake of NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is around 24,000. Thus, even the NITs will not be able to absorb all the candidates appearing for the second stage of JEE. So, it is highly unlikely that you will be getting admission in any NIT/ IIIT / GFTI

Hello sir,
I can't say it's Impossible to get NIT, but now as number of applicants are too High for these colleges. However I would recommend you to keep your options open, because currently no college has started their counselling yet. So you have pretty much time to find good colleges. Such as VIT,SRM,KIIT, UPES Dehradun or you can search colleges in Bangalore if your daughter want to join CSE branch. Futher there are also some college kinder UPTEC board.
So keep searching and keep asking because it will help her in getting a good and prosperous career.
