Now admission to AIIMS is through NEET score, you will need nothing less than 650 for General Category. This is because usually AIIMS qualifying percentiles for General Category have been always 98 and above. This is inspite of the differences in exam pattern and marking scheme. 98 percentile of 200 can be roughly calculated as 650 and above.
