According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the admission process for bit mesra.
I would like to tell you that if you are talking about bit mesra,Ranchi then of course you have to participate in josaa counselling.
But if you are talking about jaipur and patna campus seperate counselling is conducted.

Hey!
To get admission in Birla Institute of technology, Mesra:
- For B.Tech. and B.Arch. courses: Jee mains (JOSSA counselling) and NATA respectively. College does not conduct any separate counselling for admission in engineering courses.
- Admission to B.pharm is done by Jee mains (jossa) and neet counselling.
