No, withiout DUJAT you can not take admission in Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.

There are total 99 seats in BBA(FIA) and 204 seats in BMS.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 levels of education from a recognised board.

The admission to the following course will be through entrance exam (DU JAT scores)+ 12th with 60% in aggregate.

Shaheed Sukhdev college is one of the most premier college of Delhi University. The Institute offers following courses BBA, BMS, BSc, B.Tech and BFIA for undergraduate students. However for admission into BBA, BMS and BFIA a student needs to appear for DUJAT exam. There's no other way to get into the college for the above courses.
