AIIMS and JIPMER are conducting admission to MBBS in all their branches through NEET score for the first time. And the admissions will happen through All India Quota. . Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. There is no interview process. You score atleast 675 for General Category and atleast 650 for Reserved Categories for admission to AIIMS. This is for New Delhi Branch. But for other Branches like Bibi Nagar, Guntur, etc, the cut offs might not be this high. Having said that you should still target 625 and more irrespective of your Category. All this while AIIMS had its own entrance exam, examination pattern, results and counseling. They are different from NEET's exam pattern, scoring, results and Counselling. Nevertheless, given its reputation, you should aim for more than 625 for a seat in AIIMS for a seat in any branch across India.
