For admission process in du which is more suitable admission through entrance exam or through my 12 th board marks?

Hey,
this totally depends upon your course. The entrance exam for du is only for specific courses like bba, bms , etc. so if you are planning to go for these courses the admission is entrance based. But for most of the courses the admission is based upon the percentage scored in class 12th in best 4 subjects. So do mention your course to do whether your admission will be merit based on entrance exam.
