For Admissions in basis of CG PET , does a candidate require a domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh?

Yes candidates are required to provide domicile certificate according to the guidelines laid down by the government. Candidates must get domicile certificate ready as a proof of thrit residency which will be required during coindecouns and admission.
