For aiims mbbs result, 2018 l have checked rank list my roll no. Is not there it means I didn't clear?

Aiims declares result of only those students who have cleared the cut off marks
Students scoring less that is not clearing the cutoff does not end up in the result list.
Aiims releases result later on for everyone
