Hello madhavi,
I think you can submit district level certificate to the AP EAMCET. I have gone through the notice which is issued by the state government
- NCC & Sports –Produce original certificates issued by competent authorities. The candidate should have represented from the state of AP.

I have attended 4 nationals from class 5 to class 9
