there is no way that you will just get admission into a private medical college you need to give the neet exam and only then will you be eligible for participating in the verification and subsequent rounds of counselling however it does not hold true for admission to medical courses abroad but for all private all government medical colleges you need to appear for neet that is final
NEET exam is compulsory for taking admission in government/private medical college. You need to score minimum 50% in order to become eligible for taking admission anywhere. However as per the cuttoffs (which will be released after the exam) you will get to know that where should you apply for the admission which also depends on your score too.

For applying medical private colleges ,you can go through donation ,no need for waiting for the result .
Since ,private colleges that too for medical requires huge and expensive money to study .
But ,to apply for medical private college ,you should be write NEET exam so as there will be an eligibility for medical course .
