for applying bsc biotech in manipal entrance test is required or not? can you please suggest bsc biotech or bsc genetics is better option. plz give college list providing both courses
hi! i would like to inform you that in order to get admission in manipal for bsc biotech, you do not need to appear for an entrance exma. But you do need a minimum of 55% marks in 10+2in you boards or equivalent with biology,chemistry,english, and phyiscs/biotech/maths/ any other life science subject.
Bsc Biotech is a three year ug course in which you study the living organisms and biological systems and the use of advanced technology to study the same.
Bsc Genetics is another three year ug course in which you study about heredity, evolution and variation in living beings. There is an in depth study about how genetic traits are adopted down from one generation to another.
