Hi Deepika,
The is no difference between the campus placement facility of any of the campus of Thapar as all these companies like Walmart, DE Shaw, Snapdeal, Delloite and many other multinational companies visits both the campuses.
You can see this years placement details here: http://www.thapar.edu/placements
Hiii Deepika,
Actually, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology's Dera Bassi campus was only programmed for Master of Business Administration (MBA) course which was also known as LM Thapar School of Management. But from June 2018, the Computer Science and Engineering branch has also been flagged off at the Dera Bassi campus of Thapar University.
As far as placements of Computer Science and Technology at both the campuses of Thapar University is concerned, there won't be much different. You can expect almost similar placement in both the campuses.
Average package hovers around 8-9 lakhs annually for Computer Science and Engineering at Thapar University. Top recruiters like Walmart, DE Shaw, Snapdeal, Delloite and many other multinational companies offer high packages. The placement scenario is quite good at this college and you can expect more than 90+% placements every year.
