hi nikita,
the educational qualification for being an admin is to have any bachelor's degree in the field of softwares/computer applications.on that point,B.E is most eligible educational qualification.after that you've to earn certifications from any software companies(like microsoft,cisco etc.,) either service/product based,all you need to have is earn experience with certification. try to get work/intern in such a companies ,then develop your skills.that's all.
