The eligibility criteria for BOT is that a candidate should have passed HS (10+2) with the following subjects (compulsory) :

• Physics,
• Chemistry,
• English and
• Biology

The minimum marks for eligibilty is of 50% taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And the candidate should have an overall passing mark in HS.
