As per the eligibility criteria of getting admission in BSC in Mathematics you should have  opted for Science stream with Maths that is PCM not Commerce. Also the cutoff for different colleges vary from year to year and different colleges have different criteria for admission.

B.Sc. stands for Bachelor of Science. B.Sc. Mathematics is a Bachelor’s Degree program. Technically, it is a Science course. The general eligibility criteria is – 10+2 passed from a recognized board with PCM subjects from a recognized institute. So you need to take science after 10th.
