If you want to take admission in IITs then you have to appear for JEE Main exam first to get qualified for JEE Advance exam.
In order to be eligible you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile in general category. For SC/ST you should have 65% marks.
You can go for IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Madras to take admission in Aeronautical branch.
