let me tell you what is b.e and b.tech.

B.E:

it is 4 year undergraduate course will lead you to pursue career in engineering.b.e is fully theoretical oriented(less practical oriented).that means it is data oriented.

B.TECH:

it also 4 year undergraduate course will lead you to pursue career in engineering.b.tech is fully practical oriented,that means it is application oriented.this course will lead you to know the things and let you to apply it to the applications.

which is better:

it is depends on you.if you want to be practical or theoretical ,the decision is upto you.
