MTG Fingertips isn't a good book for the preparation of NEET.  If you want to get very good grades in the chemistry part, you should start with the NCERT book. Please read it carefully for classes 11 and 12. Once you complete the NCERT books, move on to other good books.

Now if you want to choose between these two then I would recommend you to go for Allen 70% and 30% Fingertips just for practice or basic practice.
