Greetings to you,

It is completely your personal choice to either take two DDs: one being of amount Rs. 50,000 and other being Rs. 5,000 or a single DD of amount Rs. 55,000. It is as per your convenience. But I would suggest you to take two DDs as per first option to avoid any form of misjudgement or discrepancy at the time of coounselling. Good luck.
