You can refer to either of them however, you should keep in mind the fact that the cutoff for CSAB special rounds varies by a huge amount every year as the number of seats varies every year in the special round which impacts the cutoff of CSAB. Therefore these cutoffs are not purely reliable. Hope this helps.
